Shipping/Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order has been processed successfully. A tracking number will be issued once your order has been shipped. This process can take up to 24-72 hours to ship depending on the item(s). All orders will be insured for the FULL purchase price. We are unable to mark orders as gifts and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ONCE THE PACKAGE REACHES THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

shop.annehung.com ships all online orders via Canada Post. You can track your order on canadapost.ca. Packages cannot be sent with an Overnight Service.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service which takes an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days depending on the postal code. All items will be applied with the applicable taxes depending on your destination province.

U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days depending on the zip code. U.S. orders may experience delays due to customs and the U.S. delivery service. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost Service with an estimated delivery of 14 to 28 days depending on the destination country. International orders may experience delays due to customs and country's delivery service. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible.

If you need to modify/change your order you may as long as your order has not be shipped. Generally you have 24 hours. Please contact us immediately via email info@annehung.com "subject: modify/change" with your confirmed order number and what you wish to modify/change. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

Regular priced items purchased at shop.annehung.com which is unworn, with the original tags attached, unaltered may be returned for a full refund. Any custom orders, discounted merchandise and earrings are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.

Returns for refund of regular priced merchandise MUST be requested within 3 days of receipt of order. All web orders cannot be returned to our retail location unless authorized by a customer care representative. Anne Hung Boutique and shop.annehung.com are operating out of the same location, but they are entirely separate entities. Returned items cannot be processed at the retail location.

Contact info@annehung.com within 3 days of receipt of your order indicating the original invoice number and clearly state the reason for returning the item(s). An RA# (return authorization) number will be issued to you within 24 hours once the return has been authorized. This RA# MUST be included on the outside of the returned package. Any returns received without an RA# indicated on the outside of the package will be rejected by our receiving department and will be returned back to the sender and at the sender’s expense. In order to successfully process your refund, your return package MUST arrive within 14 days after the RA number is issued, the RA# must be requested within 3 days of receipt of your order and the original receipt must be sent with your return item. Anne Hung has the right to refuse any orders not following the above procedures and if item(s) are not received in perfect condition.

If a package is being returned from outside Canada it should be clearly printed on the package with "Return of Canadian Merchandise" and on all custom forms. If any packages are received incurring any duties, the amount will be deducted from your refund amount. Packages must be fully insured with a tracking number. The sender is responsible for all return shipping charges. Do not send return packages C.O.D. shop.annehung.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. Email your return tracking number to info@annehung.com along with your RA# issued.

 

Return for size exchange

If you would like to return your item(s) for a different size, please email your request to info@annehung.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. If your item(s) is available, it will be held for you while your return item(s) arrives. An RA# will have to be issued for the exchange same procedure as a returned item.

 

Private/Policy Changes

All of your personal information will be used for internal purposes only. For example, we may use your email for the purpose of sending out newsletters, promotions, seasonal discounts, etc. If you wish to be removed from our email list please send a request to info@annehung.com to ask for your email account to be removed.
